Looking to take a well-rounded look at Social Media? Then IABC’s seminar A 360º Look at Social Media is April’s can’t-miss place to be.
IABC Fort Worth is sponsoring a half-day program of presentations/panel discussions on how professional communicators are using Social Media to do their jobs more efficiently; reach customers more cost-effectively through personalized media; and promote better communications and relations within their organizations.
What started out as a little-known social phenomenon has evolved into a major communications channel that is redefining how communicators and marketers are using online tactics. It also has brought about a revolution in measuring campaign effectiveness and accountability, which directly impacts communicators’ perceived contribution to the bottom line and corporate image.
Participants include:
Betsy Pasley, Director of Employee Feedback, USAA.
